1. Purpose

These conditions govern reservations and dining at La Table du Berbère by Riad Chay, Douar Tifoultoute, 45000 Ouarzazate, Morocco.

2. Reservations

The restaurant serves by reservation only. Reservations are subject to availability. Certain dates (holidays, special events) may carry specific conditions, which we tell you about before confirming. A reservation is confirmed only once we have replied to you.

3. Prepayment

For groups, private events and certain dates, a deposit may be requested to confirm the reservation.

4. Changes

Changes of time or number of guests are accepted up to 24 hours before the reservation, subject to availability, by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail.

5. Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free; any deposit is refunded minus possible processing fees. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before, or no-shows, may be charged the full amount of any deposit.

6. Payment

Bills are settled in Moroccan dirhams, all taxes included. We accept cash (dirhams, euros, US dollars), Visa and Mastercard, and bank transfer for groups. Cheques are not accepted.

7. House rules

Guests are asked to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. The restaurant may refuse service in case of inappropriate behaviour. Guests are responsible for damage they cause.

8. Liability

The restaurant cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by events beyond its control (weather, administrative decisions, force majeure) nor for indirect losses arising from a cancellation.
