These Terms and Conditions define the rules under which customers can make reservations and enjoy dining services at La Table du Berbère by Riad.
All reservations are subject to availability. Certain dates (festive periods, special events, or holidays) may have specific conditions.
A prepayment may be required to confirm reservations, depending on the date and type of booking.
Changes (time or number of guests) are allowed up to 24 hours before the reservation, subject to availability.
Any request must be made via email or direct contact.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be refunded (if prepaid), minus any applicable processing fees.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before, or no-shows, may be charged 100% of the reservation amount.
Proper behavior and respectful attitude are required at all times.
The restaurant reserves the right to refuse entry in case of inappropriate conduct.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their visit.
Prices are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), all taxes included.
Prices may be adjusted depending on changes in taxes or costs.

The restaurant cannot be held responsible for cancellations or service interruptions caused by events beyond its control (natural events, administrative decisions, etc.).
La Table du Berbère by Riad is not responsible for indirect damages or losses resulting from cancellation or service interruption.

Any complaint must be submitted in writing within a reasonable timeframe following the service.
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under Moroccan jurisdiction.
