TERMS AND CONDITIONS \u2013 La Table du Berb\u00e8re by Riad Chay<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>

1. Purpose<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

These Terms and Conditions define the rules under which customers can make reservations and enjoy dining services at La Table du Berb\u00e8re by Riad<\/strong>.<\/p>

2. Reservations & Availability<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

All reservations are subject to availability. Certain dates (festive periods, special events, or holidays) may have specific conditions.<\/p>

3. Prepayment<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

A prepayment may be required to confirm reservations, depending on the date and type of booking.<\/p>

4. Modification of Reservations<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Changes (time or number of guests) are allowed up to 24 hours before the reservation<\/strong>, subject to availability.<\/p>

Any request must be made via email or direct contact.<\/p>

5. Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance<\/strong> may be refunded (if prepaid), minus any applicable processing fees.<\/p>

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before<\/strong>, or no-shows, may be charged 100% of the reservation amount<\/strong>.<\/p>

6. Restaurant Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Proper behavior and respectful attitude are required at all times.<\/p>

The restaurant reserves the right to refuse entry in case of inappropriate conduct.<\/p>

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their visit.<\/p>

7. Pricing<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

Prices are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), all taxes included.<\/p>

Prices may be adjusted depending on changes in taxes or costs.<\/p>

8. Payment Methods<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

We accept:<\/p>

Cash (MAD)<\/p>

Bank cards<\/p>

Transfers (for groups or special bookings)<\/p>

9. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

The restaurant cannot be held responsible for cancellations or service interruptions caused by events beyond its control (natural events, administrative decisions, etc.).<\/p>

10. Liability<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>

La Table du Berb\u00e8re by Riad is not responsible for indirect damages or losses resulting from cancellation or service interruption.<\/p>
